'L200 SINGLE CAB Warrior' What I expected it would look back in Februrary, my Daughter edited the back off a double cab, and we sent the picture to Mitsubishi...
artists impression
This is the original New L200 DOUBLE CAB 'Warrior'
This will be an 'enhancment' to a stock '4life'. So far its a 'one off' but if there is enough intrest more could follow!
And the standard 4work New L200
Impression of a SINGLE cab WARRIOR
Having owned pick up trucks for many years and also been lucky enough to have the choice of using some quite nice cars within the household I always seemed to be driving the pick up 90% of the time!
The draw back was the lack of the little niceties to make the journey comfortable,multi-adjustable seats, air con, electric windows,a map light, etc.and of cource appearance! Why are Single Cab pick ups so spartan, not all are abused for dirty work!
Speaking for myself, and quite a few others too, its a truly multi-functual vehicle. I am self employed and use it daily for work, use it in the evenings for leisure, and pop my Camper on the back for pleasure..Fishing and weekends away at various events, mostly Kite flying, boating or off-roading.
I wrote to the MD of Mitsubishi and asked to be given all the toys and trims their Double Cabs have, but in a Single Cab and with the Brand new model L200 just out in March it would be stunning! To my utter amazement got a reply, more amazingley the reply said yes he would!
As it was delivered (Above)and as it is now (Below). I fitted after market (all be it Mitsubish's own!) 17"alloys and 265/70 tyres and after market side steps off a NewL200 Animal.
